The elevated natural setting of this Toll Brothers community, its contemporary architecture and its extreme desert climate provided us with a unique design opportunity for the three model homes. Key considerations were to maximize the tight rear yard space, incorporate luxurious outdoor livability into the architectural style and to showcase the incredible city and mountain views.
